By 11. and 12. August 2010 the Inclusion Directives of Dazomet and N,N-Diethyl-meta-toluamide (DEET) used as wood preservation and repellent were published in the Official Journal of the European Union.
Draft Guidance on frame formulations
A draft guidance document on frame formulations is after yearly discussions now availalbe. The 6-month consultation period will last till 30. September 2010. All stakeholders are invited to provide comments.

TM protocols publically available
The Technical Meeting Biocides is the discussion and exchange forum for scientific and harmonization questions on active substance evaluations. It convenes four times a year in Italy. Since 2008 the protocols of the general sessions are publically available via Internet.
