According to the EU Regulation (EC) No 1451/2007, Austria has received within four priority lists dossiers on 13 active substances partly for several product types for evaluation (see table). Two active substances for wood preservation and two active substances for usage within product type 19 (repellents and attractants), one of them being a pheromone, have been included in Annex I/IA of the Biocidal Products Directive. The Annex I/IA inclusion of several substance/product type combinations is pending and their Draft Competent Authority Reports are under EU consultations.

After withdrawal of several active substance/product type combinations the following table shows the current status in the review programme:
